Candidates interested in taking admissions on reserved seats must submit necessary certificate for the proof of caste category along with the admission form. Reservations scheme will be applied as per the Rules & Regulations of Reservations at the time of admission.
Tuition Fee & Caution
Money Deposit
Monthly Tuition fees for the trainees of General Category is Rs.100/- and for O.B.C. Rs.100/-. Fees are collected for six months period. Students of S.C., S.T. & girls are exempted from tuition fees.
Trainees are required to pay Rs.250/- or as decided by the Government, at the time of admission, as caution money deposit (CMD). This is a security deposit against any damages to the Institute’s property by the trainee. In case of the trainee dropping out or dropped out of the institute, his CMD is liable to be forfeited. However, CMD is refunded to those trainees who complete their training satisfactorily.
Hostel Facility
Subject to the availability of the accommodation, trainees would be admitted to the hostel according to the rules & regulations. However, they will have to manage for lodging on their own. Trainees are also required to pay security deposit of Rs.250/- or as decided by the management & Rs.50/- service charges for 6 months. Security deposit is refunded at the time of completion of the course or at the time of leaving the hostel, whichever is earlier. List of Institutes having Hostel facilities is as following:

Apprentice Training Scheme (ATS)
Object of this scheme is to provide an opportunity to the jobseeker or the semi-skilled graduate from ITI/ ITC to get on-the-job training as an apprentice in an industrial environment having production/ service based activities. ITI pass candidates who join the Apprenticeship Training Scheme are also eligible to get rebate of training period in accordance with their ITI trade and the apprenticeship trade so selected by them. Presently, more than 25,000 seats have been allotted in over 5000 Industrial Establishments in Gujarat under this scheme. Subject to availability of vacancy, jobseekers can join as apprentice during any of the two admission sessions i.e. starting from 1st February to 15th April and from 1st August to 15th October every year. On completion of apprenticeship training, All India Apprentice Trade Test is conducted and Central Apprenticeship Council (CAC) issues certificates to the successful candidates.
Under this scheme the establishments provide very valuable opportunity to the jobseeker in obtaining the skills. Therefore, it is equally important that the industrial establishment updates the information on vacant seats available under this scheme regularly. Using the passwords provided by the local exchanges, the industrial establishments could now submit this information directly on this web site or seek assistance from the nearest Rojgar Sahay Kendras (RSKs).
Advance Vocational Training Scheme (AVTS)
In order to keep pace with the rapid changes in the production technologies and modern equipments employed by the industries; it becomes necessary to upgrade the skills of the existing workers on a continuing basis, Advance Vocational Training Scheme has been introduced. This scheme is functioning at Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot and Ankleshwar centers of the State and the duration of the training ranges from 2 to 12 weeks.
